… We will be meeting Saturdays at Ford Park 9am-noon. First hour will be Circular Strenth Training. Second hour will be the practice and study of self defense. In the CST segment you will practice Prasara Body Flow yoga, biomechanical and polypedal conditioning along with Clubbell Athletics. The Self Defense segment will focus on hand to hand combat, basic weapons defense and situation awareness, avoidance and de-escalation. Cost for this program will be $10.
